Move over, Wayne Gretzky.\u00a0Not to mention another 1.4 million Canadians who are living abroad and who are no longer allowed to vote. Step aside please&#8230; don&#8217;t hold up the line.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-102\" src=\"http:\/\/catsforharper.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/elcan.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"326\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cats.vttoth.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/elcan.png 300w, https:\/\/cats.vttoth.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/elcan-276x300.png 276w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not the worst sin of the Harper government, to be sure.\u00a0There are legitimate reasons to deny the vote to those who do not live with the consequences.
