They are busy erecting community mailboxes even in neighborhoods that are really not appropriate for community mailboxes. Meanwhile,\u00a0many people, including the elderly and the disabled, lose what is for them an essential service.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cbc.ca\/news\/canada\/ottawa\/canada-post-to-phase-out-urban-home-mail-delivery-1.2459618\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-35\" src=\"http:\/\/catsforharper.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/canada-post-home-delivery.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"350\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cats.vttoth.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/canada-post-home-delivery.jpg 620w, https:\/\/cats.vttoth.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/canada-post-home-delivery-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Is this the Harper government&#8217;s fault? Technically, Canada Post is an independently operating crown corporation.
